Business Operations Specialist | 3+ Years of Experience


Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as accounting, finance, or management
  • • Proven work experience as a business operations specialist or a similar role
  • • Proficiency with common office software systems such as Excel
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • • Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards

Responsibilities:

  • • Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when needed
  • • Order and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budget
  • • Develop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnel
  • • Communicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendors
  • • Train & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOP
  • • Develop and implement department wide quality controls
  • • Recommend new procedures to improve daily operations
  • • Communicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpoints
  • • Help the operations manager with development, planning and coordination
  • • Ensure operations are in compliance with local & national regulations
